Usj9 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the usj9 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the usj9 platform, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the usj9 platform.
You are considered to have accepted these terms when you: (a) register a new account on usj9; (b) log in to an existing account; (c) use any service or feature provided by the platform; or (d) make any financial transaction through this platform.
Usj9 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The usj9 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on usj9. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. usj9 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. You are not permitted to share your login credentials with any other party. usj9 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to maintain account security.

Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from: using the platform for any illegal activity; attempting to defraud, manipulate, or disrupt platform systems; using automated software or bots to access the platform; impersonating another user or entity; and uploading content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure without any refund of balances associated with the violating activity.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the usj9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). usj9 does not directly accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
Deposits to your usj9 account are processed via approved payment methods, including DuitNow and online bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of another person's bank account or e-wallet is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same or linked bank account used for the deposit. usj9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds as a fraud prevention measure.
Usj9 does not guarantee fixed processing times for deposits or withdrawals, as these are dependent on third parties such as banks and payment processors. Any delays caused by third-party systems are beyond usj9's control.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated separately. Misuse of the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and further action taken against the account in question.

4. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Usj9 Liability Limits
Usj9 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or technical errors.
The usj9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee 100% service availability at all times due to technical factors, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
Usj9 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of any breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious or unlawful activity, or instructions received from the relevant authorities.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting usj9 support. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks have been completed.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the usj9 platform — including designs, logos, text, images, graphics, and software — is the property of usj9 or our licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from usj9.
The usj9 name and logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of these trademarks may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The usj9 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. usj9 has no control over the content or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the usj9 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
